Deli by Con's

What more can be said.  This is a great shop that has just about anything you would need for gourmet cooking and food preparation.  And if you don't see it (would take you hours just to read all the label on all the goods in the shop), then Con and / or his very helpful staff will no doubt be able to get it for you.

It is enough to say that the Cheesemaster for the Chatswood Wine & Dine Society regularly sources his cheeses for the monthly dinner.  The Cheesemaster always has accolades about the cheese selections, and these have always been specifically chosen by Con !
