Framing Design for
Residential Projects includes the determination of the structural
framing (beams, floor joists, roof members, posts, decks, etc.) for both new
construction, additions, or remodels.

Structural
Investigations for Residential Projects includes reviews for structural
problems such as sagging floors, cracking, or settlement. It also includes
the review of the structure to determine if walls that are to be removed are
load bearing or non- load bearing.

Foundation Certifications for Future Second Story Additions includes
letters to local building officials for obtaining approvals and building
permits.

Basement Wall
Investigation and Repairs includes the structural evaluation of damaged
basement walls and recommendations for cost effective repairs.

New Commercial Buildings or Building Additions Structural Design
includes the determination of the structural framing for roofs, floor,
walls, columns, and foundations. This includes the determination and
design of structural systems for lateral resistance including wind and
seismic forces

Investigations for Commercial Projects includes reviews for change of
use (higher floor loads), for structural problems (sagging, cracking, or
settlement), and for condition surveys as part of pre-purchase due
diligence.

in Steel, Wood, and Concrete and other common building materials
includes the expertise to design and detail framing and its connections of
these various common building materials. Additional experience in other
materials such as cold formed metal, stainless steel, aluminum, fiberglass,
and GFRC (glass fiber reinforced concrete) allows a full depth of material
selection choices for any construction project.

Cold Formed Metal Framing Shop Drawing and Calculation Preparation
includes preparation of documents, signed and sealed by a licensed
professional engineer. Design of load bearing framing (floors, walls,
multi-story) and curtainwall framing and retail store front canopies,
including opening details and connection details.

Solar structural design includes the evaluation of
residential and commercial roof structures for the addition of solar panels
as well as the structural design of ground mounted solar systems.

Communication services include structural design
for telecommunication (cellular) systems including building mounted
antennas, cables, and equipment. Services also include structural
evaluation of lattice towers and monopoles.
